Crosslin Silcott is a digital marketing specialist passionate about creating intentional digital experiences that help brands and individuals show up online with confidence. Through Elevated by Crosslin, she provides customized support across website design, social media, email newsletters, and graphic design. Every project is guided by your goals and built to feel aligned, clear, and easy to manage.
Crosslin graduated from The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minor in Psychological and Brain Sciences, grounding her work in storytelling, strategy, and a deep understanding of how people connect with content. She currently serves as a Garde-Robe Ambassador, partnering with the CEO and marketing team of the wardrobe-management app to create social content, expand brand visibility, and contribute strategic feedback around user experience and influencer outreach.
During her time as an Internal Communications Intern at The Salvation Army National Headquarters, Crosslin supported national internal communications efforts by drafting newsletters, campaign materials, and PSA scripts, leading an Instagram takeover during Miss Teen Volunteer America’s headquarters visit, capturing photography for major events, and compiling weekly media monitoring reports to inform leadership communications strategy.
Her background also includes client-facing work as a Professional Organizer with The Model Home, where she worked closely with individuals to declutter, redesign, and create personalized systems for their spaces, strengthening her ability to listen, understand real needs, and translate abstract goals into practical solutions. Earlier in her career, Crosslin worked as a freelance photographer across the Houston area, capturing portraits, events, and live performances, including downtown galas, high school senior portraits, and assignments for The KP Times, the student-run newspaper, as well as performances at the Charles Bender Performing Arts Center. Together, these experiences shape how she approaches her work today, bringing a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to website design, social content, and digital marketing systems that are meant to feel intentional, functional, and easy to use.
